i,m having mpg problems with my panda.
before i was getting 54mpg now i,m averaging around 40-43mpg.
ive renewed
spark plugs
air filter
oil filter and oil
map sensor
both lamba sensors
and still no improvment and i,m at my wits end
dont know what else could be causing it.
PLEASE HELP
WOULD THE CATALYTIC CONVERTOR REDUCE MY MPG

My wife's 1.2 mpg has not changed.

Coil packs should be in the frame as should the thermostat. But also check for air leaks on exhaust where the pipe joins the catalyst outlet.

Multi ECU scan in datalog mode would give you a clearer idea of what is going on.
