LOL,I must agree with this.I passed my bike test 10 years before my car test,and hated the weekend riders in the day glo leathers with un-used knee sliders.
Years ago I was travelling from Worcester to Stratford and on the duel carriageway I got buzzed by a group of R1's etc in the power-ranger type garbs.When it went into a twisty A road I caught up with them (I was on a Zephyr 750
),they didn't like that!.Also with the comment about people don't like being overtaken,I was commuting to work on my Honda Blackbird and caught up with a Merc sports car (2 seater?),he was going fast for a 60 limit,when I started following him (about 3 cars lengths behind) he started to go faster but was all over the road because of his speed/lack of skill and he kept looking in his mirrors to see if he had lost me.When we came to a downhill straight followed by an S end then another straight,i decided to let him have the glory for the first straight and just followed him...as we exited the S bend I dropped down a gear and opened up the throttle (and sat fully upright..none of this crouching behind the fairing rubbish)...I passed him,sat casually upright (with top-box on the back) at a stupid speed :slayer
as it was a public road it wasn't 140mph + ).Tomsk
