Well, I've got the Active I was on about in the keys thread.

Will introduce the car later, but very busy at the mo.

Now am I being a compleate retard of is there a special way to re-fit the headlamp cover things that need to be removed then changing bulbs?

Had a bulb blow, so changed both with better bulb and have now spent 45 min doing it

Can't get the blessid cover back on.

Someone please help and point out my error (Got no hand book, so probably something I've missed )

It's not as easy as it should be, but I found the best way to do it is to try and locate the end that goes into the wing (20-25 degree angle seemed to work) and then with a bit of force, it'll slide across and slot in and you can swing the cover back into place and get the clips over it.

I also found that swearing a lot helped

Tell me about it. Just got them in.

Not now happy though as both front side lights are not now working :bang: Headlights are but not side/parking

OMG

Fiat so haven't move on in 20 years. Side lights were not working at the front, but a smack on each headlight soon saw them working.

Probably. They're still working after going up and down the farm track a few times to college digs.

TBH I need a new set of unit's as these are compleatly US'ed. Will be eBaying to get them, just shy of £100 a peice from Fiat new!

Will reveal all later in a proper thread. Just rediculosly busy at the mo
