Hello everyone! I recently bought an used Panda 1.2 2018. This past week I noticed a few blisters on the rear bumper plastic trim (the part that frames the fog and reverse lights).

I find it quite odd for blisters to appear on a black plastic part as it usually appears on painted surfaces. I have no idea what could have caused it since these blisters seemed to have only appeared in the past 3 to 4 days.

Has anyone had similar issues and might know what steps to take to fix it? I imagine the FIAT warranty doesn't cover such issues...
