Technical Window Trim Damaged - Replacement?

I have somehow had some bubbling on the front door pillar black trim - This appears to be a thick type of vinyl - Does anyone have any experience with replacing of repairing this or even know what could be used?

I wrapped the windowtrim of my Abarth in black brushed aluminium wrap. On the 500 they are easy to take off (window down, rubber out and small screws)
