500 Leaking Panoramic Roof

Hi, I'm new to this site but I've had a couple of fiats over the years and have been loving my Fiat 500 pop for quite some time - an 08 model with a panoramic roof. Its just started to leak, definitely leaking from the roof as my son got a lap full for water on the way to school this morning. Are there any quick fixes or is a trip to a fiat dealer?:idea:

I assume this is the none opening fixed roof?

Definitely not a main dealer hobbit I believe windscreen need to come out to reseal the roof
So you best be is a mobile windscreen bloke if it leaking around the seal

Check and drain channels..

Is it often parked under trees.. covered in leaves?

Yes its the fixed typ. I will look at the drainage channels to see if they're blocked with debris as per the other response and then get in touch with a windscreen repair person.

I’m not sure the bonded glass roof has drainage channels like a run roof version would.

Almost certainly you’ll need to talk to a mobile windscreen fitter to have it removed, new adhesive laid down and the glass re-bonded to the car.

I’ve had the glass roof replaced in one of mine a while ago. It is bonded in the same as a windscreen so I think the only way to do it is to take it out and start again. Any good mobile cutter can do it.

I paid £80 to have mine changed.

This was my roof back in 2015 being replaced. You can see the sealant pattern still there.
