Grande Punto Panoramic Sunroof's wind deflector problem

Dear Community,

I have a 2007 Fiat Grande Punto T-Jet with panoramic sunroof. My problem is when the glass is open fully the wind deflector stays in close position. With my hand I can open it, but the smallest bump or an incoming truck's leading wind shut it down immediatelly. If the car is just standing still and the roof was opened wind deflector works fine. I checked it and I don't know is it normal or not but the two metal holders don't make contact with the deflector itself. I can separate them by hand. What can be the solution? Are there some springs in those metallic arms what could become weak?

I have checked another Puntos' sunroof, mine is definetely broken. At first I try to get a plastic repair guy to mold the pieces back together. Also the glass needs some alignment, after that all parts should be sit nicely. This should work, I hope.
