Look in the handbook, near the front, all the warning lights are listed.
Tell us which one and we can help you diagnose the cause.

In the booklet were i looked it shows personal safety??? This is realy stressing me out as it only started last night but what does it mean

Here is the error on the left bottom corner the exclamation in the triangle, what can be wrong

I'm guessing its some kind lights error, i had it when one of the DRL lights went broken and one of the brakes bulb too.
Look over the LCD screen it should to show you what's it all about when you turn on the car + you might hear a long "bip" alarm with the LCD screen writing you the problem in the middle.

That's what mine is doing at the moment. Got a blown number plate light.

It'll be a light out.

I've had it showing when there was a number plate light out and also when daylight running light went out too.

Fix the light, and the warning will go.
