Hello Forum, I'm a new member, an expat living in France, Yes the Fiat dealership service level is very poor here also. Is there anyone out there who has resolved the problem of the airbag warning light being on when nothing is wrong. Will it fail the MOT if the warning light is on.

hi mate, dont know if its the same on fiats but we had the same problem with are astra and it turned out to be the seat belt tensioner sensor, you should have a plug connected under your front seats, it might pay to see if they are connected ok and no wires are pulled out. i only found it when i upgraded the interier in are's and the light went out so i checked the manual and it said that this could be the course for the airbag light. good luck anyway mate.

it could also be if you have turned the passinger airbag off, you should have a small key hole somewhere on your dash or in the glove box to turn it on and off, think if its turned off the airbag warning light stays on.
