tis a good site, but they dont appear to do any grande punto bits
Most definately, they were a Fiat franchise until 10 -11 years ago but then lost the franchise, however, they are a Fiat approved service centre so can carry out all warrenty work on behalf of Fiat. I understand that Fiat want them to be a sales franchise again but don't believe the owner wants it because of the cost incurred. Think his name his Ken Smith and the business was set up by his father - hence JCS (initials)
Just seen this thread, JCS kegworth is a good garage got my car frm there.
Evans Halshaw in Mansfield is still open BTW it's just moved to a different part of the complex, it's called "motorhouse evans halshaw FIAT" now
Go to jcs in kegworth, there a good fiat dealer, should'nt be that far from you.
cheers mate, booked in to jcs with a list of issues
What issues Shaun?
Squeaky brakes will be new modified pads fitted but I dont think you will need a steering rack...infact I dont know of a rack being replaced for months now.
What I ment is that its been along time (as far as I know) since a replacement rack has been fitted, they all seem to of been done now. When did you get your car & was it pre-registered?
Rack about 2-3 days to order, couple hours to fit.
