Ive just been on holiday to Turkey and saw an array of cars you dont get over here...

For example the Fiat Albea (light blue) and Siena (burgundy)

Never heard of them before

They also have lots of Clio's (saloon version) which ive never seen before...

They also had loads of cars made by "Tofaş", which I believe are a sister company to Fiat

Right, I have found some pics of cars by Tofas...

Turkey is a good market for Fiat... and there it builds the Doblo...

Is that not a fiat regata in disguise?

I think Tofas is basically selling brand new 20 year old fiats...

I think some of the screws in the T Square they used to design that body were loose

These Tofas stink of FSO to me!

Erm, first pics Adam posted looks like a Punto saloon.

I've no idea why they don't sell stuff like that over here, maybe our taste is too good!

I saw one of those Clio saloons in the center of Brussels yesterday. It was the first time I'd seen one but as I read the French car mags, I know what it was.

The first one is an Albea, not to be confused with the Seat Altea... a far more ugly car...

Attached is a pic of the rear... I did think it was a punto at first...

Yeah, I'd read in Car that places like India, the hatchback is seen to be down market.... Hope there not going to try and flog the Croma there then!

i have a mate who used to live in turkey and now lives over here and he was telling me about those clios saloons and the fiats apparently thats all everyone has over there, no one buys hatchbacks he said.

I learned to drive in a Nova saloon (2dr). Great boot space!

I thought the 1st gen Focus looked far better in saloon guise than hatch/estate, but that's not saying much! :yuck:
