When i was on holiday i read a mag and it said about some carb burners, i want to give these a try in the new year as i do like to eat potatoes, pasta and bread and i think thats why my losing weight had slowed down

Does anyone know what they are called and has anyone tried them? I am not interesting in losing weight pills, but i heard that these are good.

i cant help eating late, i am out a lot and eat when i get home, usually fish and veg (including potatoes) or chicken and rice. I thought these would help me. I dont burn much carbs during the day (desk job) and i used to go to the gym 4 days a week and that didnt help me apart from gaining muscle

so thought i would give these a go and see what happens. I dont eat fatty or sugary food, but i do eat a lot of carbs

Get the bulk of your carbs in the morning, then taper down. Like Custard says eat small and often.

No carbs after 6pm, just plenty of fibrous veg with high omega fish (ie, salmon) or chicken. Knock the alcohol on the head too.

If you're out a lot take food with you. I eat every 2 hours and prep all my food the day before so can take it with me if need be.

Drink loads of water too, not tea, juice, water.

yeah my diet is made up mainly of fish (salmon) and veg and chicken veg etc.

i drink lots of water, my down fall is i will have a one or two glasses of red wine at weekend - nothing excessive though.

i also make up some veggi stuff like three bean chilli and and meat free alternatives. I just know that my carb intake is quite high.

It sounds like you eat decent food and not take-away ****e, so I reckon you're pretty much there.

Don't get too hung up on the amount of carbs you have, to a point, a calorie is a calorie. Take a look at how much you eat during the day, try and split it into 5-6 meals instead of 3 and like I said in the other post, no carbs after 6pm. You'll find that splitting it into 6 meals you can cut the TOTAL amount down gradually as your hunger is kept at bay.

Those carb blockers do feck all, the only fat burner products that really work are the stimulant ones which you're best avoiding unless it's for prepping for a holiday or wedding, etc. as it's short term loss.

I hardly ever touch takeaway - you probably could count on my hands how many i have a year...

I have been eating crap over christmas, but thats the only time i do eat rubbish - i like to enjoy myself one time a year  :p

Hs parents bought us a low fat food book for xmas and i cant wait to do some of the recipes in there they look fab and easy(ish) :D

With all your concerns about your weight I haven't seen H say he is unhappy with you the way you are (y) when I was your age I was a 29" waist  cant see that but June said I was as my daughter used to ware my dinner suit  as I got older and despite being active through my occupation I carried on putting on weight but stayed at 12 stones ... now I'm not so active I am 141/2 stones but don't worry what I eat now just enjoy my food :yum: I think you are unnecessarily stressing yourself over this and its making you self conscious of the little bit of extra weight you are carrying just chill and have a word with Maze about it sure he can give you some hints and tips if your that worried personally I think H likes you as you are Cuddly with all the bumps in the right place :D
