During the consumer goods riots/looting in the summer, some scrotes were robbing a local off-license in Salford whilst a fat ugly chav mother stood watching, and trying top defend the looters as though they had a just cause. A chap came by and said to her that he blamed the parents (clearly directed at her).
She said "jog on, it's nowt to do wi you, so jog on"
Jog on? I'm not violent but I wanted to punch her through the TV screen.
Jog on? Where did that come from?

"How can I Help" when you clearly don't need help/they clearly can't help

Reem

I work in a coffee shop, and one that really annoys us when we say "would you like skimmed or whole milk" and the customer replys "normal milk"- It's like, how the f**k do I know what your normal milk is-idiots

i remember that interview too, .....the fat chav was trying to say that the kids were just "expressing how angry they were at the government..." ....(and grabbing a free tv while they were at it?).
its funny that the same sense of violence that you felt when she said "jog on" went though me too?:D

Both 'brought' and 'bought' are words though, it all depends on what context you are using them in.

If you bring something along - then the past tense of that is 'brought' - so I brought it along with me yesterday.

If you buy something - then the past tense of that is 'bought' - so I bought something yesterday.

So there we go :)
I meant it in the terms of buying something as in "I brought a sick citroen saxo da ova day"

Catch my drift now?

Also, "my bad"

Never heard that one.
It must be a Wingerworthism!

I hear it on TV loads too!

I also hate "I'd smash her back doors in" and any other phrase people hear on TV and decide to claim as their own.

Also pretty much everything professional footballers say during interviews.

And everything that can be suffixed with ".com", for example, tired.com, bored.co, annoying.com

I think it was the combination of her ridiculous justification for thieving.
Doing so in front of her kids, so you can guess how they will turn out
and the "Jog On". It still winds me up now!

Everything said by anyone on Sky News. When I rule the world there will be a television channel where everyone even remotely associated with Sky News will be tortured live on TV.
