Hi all,
I have had many problems with HTC over the last 3 months and I was promised a new phone to be delivered today at the latest. When I got home this morning I looked at my email and the phone has not even been sent out yet. HTC have offered me £50 of accessories from their store which is all over priced and I already have most of them so I said no. She said what would you like and being put on the spot I said what could you do better and she said nothing. I am hopefully getting quite a high up person ringing today or tomorrow to speak about compensation. I am in need of some ideas of compensation from not having a working £400 phone for the last 10 weeks! Thanks

That's nothing to do with HTC that's the provider.

Tbh I'd ask for an upgrade. Did you have a Desire? If so ask for a Sensation

Well not going to ask for money off next bill as on a sim only contrct and bought the phone. They are sending a HTC HD7 which is what I had and I think it is one of the better ones they do.

Got an email saying that the regional care manager will ring in the morning. Anyone got any ideas what compensation I could ask for because of all the problems I have had??
