Forum Tidy Up

In an effort to try and make everything look a lot neater, as well as reduce the main page size and stop people complaining that their "car is at the bottom" - have reshuffled the forums and grouped them all together.

The old "General" forum is now just the cars name, with the Tech and Styling now sub categories of the main one....

If there are loads of objections, I can change it back - but I think this might be a better solution what with the models starting to stack up....?

Good point there ..... didn't think of that.

Though with all the new cars coming out, that list was starting to get kinda huge.....
