I recently bought a badge less grill and went about taking the bottom one out to spray black but now won't back in haha. But I like the look better without, what's your guys opinions? ImageUploadedByFIAT Forum1426805969.605396.jpg

It is not just there to make it look pretty. The radiator is probably showing behind it, the grille helps protect the rad from damaging debris. Swearing a lot and refitting it is better than a new rad, or worse a seized engine when the rad lets go.

Yeeah I know not that dull haha and It's just for the time being until I get some tiger seal to fit it right back on :)

Remove the screws under the bumper. Then you can insert it in easily

btw. no it looks stupid without a huge intercooler there hah

yup then you can stretch it enough to fit the grill ;)

When I bought my grande it was missing this grill and to be honest the holes in it are so big it's not going to stop much, only the bigger rocks and boulders

That said I replaced it and found it is very hard to push back in, I knocked it back on to its clips with a drift and a hammer being careful of the paint

Yeah it's just for that extra safety I guess. I'll be giving the method where you take top grill out, place one hand through top grill to stop the bumper from flexing whilst pushing the bottom one in :D
