Hi

I've got a strange problem, and its really doing my head in lol.

Basically i had the discs and pads all changed on the front of my car yesterday, but ever since then when i turn right there is a very loud squealing noise coming from the driver side of my car.

It only happens when the car is in motion and when i'm turning right. it does not happen at all when the car is stationary (i've tried going full lock, and no squealing).

When the squealing occurs i am not using my breaks at all.

Could anyone help me out with this? what could it be? is it to do with my breaks?

Thanks

I'd bet on a bent splash-guard behind the disc personally, they are really easy to bend accidentally. Also worth checking the wheel bearing on the same side for play though before you remove the roadwheel.

I have the same problem really getting on my tits greased up the pistons copper greased the pads the lot a d still no joy, mine only happened when I changed the pads too

Thanks Mate

Will check for this, what does the splash guard look like?? so it would just be bent into the disc would it?

Thanks

I know mate, its really annoying aint it... mine is really bad sounds like a train trying to stop lol

Crap pads incorrectly fitted would be my guess but interesting it only happens when you turn the wheel whilst driving. Can you narrow it down to left ot right wheel? If both then must be crap pads.
