General Not running right

My fiat punto grande is not running right. rough idle that gets worse as fuel level runs down. i have a feeling that i have debri in the tank or fuel filter.
My fuel filter is under my back seat. How easy is it to clean out the filter?

It all started the day when i got new plugs and leads fitted.

Who did this? You or pro (mechanic)?
Plugs and/or cables can be installed improperly ("cross-threading" the plugs, incorrect torque, plugs not sealing because of dirt, broken cables by pulling them, etc.).
Look at the sparkplugs Guide (Guides -> Grande section).

no warning light. bought a new set of spark plugs today, and damit too big lol will have to wait untill monday now

my neighbour lol. got a pro lined up now tho and was told to buy oem plugs
