i,ve fitted an after market dump valve to the mrs t-jet once before the plastic standard one and again after the standard one (hope i'm making sence here) but both times i kept getting the engine light on the dashboard lighting up and have to get it reset at my local garage.

before i return it back to standard is there any way around this so i dont get a warning message come up.

i had the same prob...jus get a t-jet friendly one...cos the t-jet runs low amount of boost, in comparrision to the likes of the evo, st, subaru etc...which all run very high boost pressure and alot of bovs are made foe high pressure, and if its cheap it jus dont work....so u need one that is capable of working "properly" at lower psi/bar.

ok thanks guys,

what dump valves do you all have as mine actually came off my impreza that i used to have then went on my fiat coupe and finally i thought i'd try it on the mrs car. guess i was wrong :bang:

where have you guys fitted the new valve? is it after the original valve on the car or before it?
