Hi Guys im a bit of a newbie

i have had a doblo since 2005 and it is now giving me problems when i start the car when it is cold and put my foot on accelerator the revs go up very very slowly i have to get it to 4000 before i can do it a bit more faster so i have to keep doing this other wise if i start driving it goes really slow and takes ages to get to 3000 to change gear any suggestions would be great
