hiya ,is there any one in Scotland/North England that can do an engine conversion on a spi seicento sporting abarth ....eg 1.4 t jet or the panda 100hp basically something with 100bhp plus or whats the general thoughts these days ? the car its self doesnt need any work and has the punto gt brake upgrade so essentially a simple enough project.

if you can help please either Pm me or let me know via a post with a rough price too

thanks

Historically, the members of this forum have done work themselves so I doubt anyone is going to be able to suggest anyone who can do the work for you. Why don't you want to do it yourself? It'd certainly be cheaper.
If you absolutely insist on having a garage do it, you're probably better asking some local car groups or googling for Fiat specialist garages in the area.

tbf the only real tricky and time consuming part of a 16v swap is sourcing all the bits which you'd have to do anyway. Once you got the parts the swap is simple and everything you would need to know is well covered.
You may get a better response asking for help rather than just asking someone on here to do it, most members don't work on cars as a job, its a hobby and we have jobs, family etc etc to deal with and struggle to complete our own projects let alone do someone elses for them.. Traditionally (not just here on fiatforum but in car life as a whole) engine swaps is not something a normal garage will do or even be interested in - you'd be more looking for a specialist tuning garage.

So as above really, if you want it then you are gonna have to put in some effort, the info and support to complete such a task is here - and plenty of members would be happy to help out - heck if you werent at the literal other end of the country and I had time to spare I'd pop over and help do the swap for nothing more than a constant supply of cups of tea.
