I think the wheels will look fine, but that you may get some rubbing on the rear arches, especially with 195/45/14s (which would be the performance tyre choice) on. So you may need to roll the arch. 35et would be a better choice (use 8mm spacers at the front) and gives you a wider front track relative to the rear, which helps turn in.

The bumper isn't that difficult: really you need to remove the front wheels and the arch liner to see where it's bolted on by the wheel arch. Shine a torch up there.

front bumper is probably the easiest - two bolts under the wheel arch liner, two under the bonnet (where the bottom of the bonnet sits).... did mine with a haynes, a friend and a lot of elbow grease / beer ;-)

as for those wheels - they don't look that good once theyre on - there's a red cinq near me that has them and they really don't suit but I guess its down to personal choice.
Concidering what theyre gonna cost you (even off ebay), to wrap them in good rubber you're gonna be talking £350 ish all told.
I looked into my next set of wheels and halfords can order in several different 14"s with yokos, fitted for you and they start at just shy of £400 and range to £550, depending on style and colour.
There are only 2 or 3 models available though so they might not suit your tastes but it mighht be worth you popping in to your local shop and asking before you go ebaying...

Tried a little photo-mock, but the pic of the wheels wasn't great, and the angle you took the pic of your car was a tad awkward to work with so you will have to excuse the rough quality - after all it was only a 2 min knockup.
