hi thanks for letting me join , ive 2 relays i used the 13.00.74.0 to fix the dab as it wouldnt select and all works wel, thanks guys

i have a 2015 one that was updated 2 years ago by dealers under warranty to fix that one ( dab issue again ) it works but reception in that van has always been poorer mabe since that update

i could flash it with the 13.00.74.00 but before i do take that risk can anyone comment wether it improved dab reception on theirs first ( i dont mean dab wont work at all it works but often looses signal )

My radio in my fiat 500 2017 is stuck suddenly on Fiat logo screen and can't go further steps..
And the last radio station is still working but no buttons is working except mute and volume...
Wht shall i do?

Had a similar problem. Only solved by re-instaling the firmware by usb pen

Thanks, I tried to read the Italian instructions. My screen is frozen and I am not sure the USB is working. Tried a clean USB with update only.

Hi, I have (in the Netherlands) a Fiat 500E imported from the US.
The uConnect works fine but I cannot use TomTom as it does not accept any maps bought. Any chance flashing with this firmware (I have v12 now) might solve the problems? Is it a problem that this is not for an electric car and does anyone know a version for a 500E?

When I updat my firmware, it starts in a few seconds. I turned the motor on and insert the USB pen. Then I drived all the time that the firmware was updating. Don´t turn the power down, can damage the radio system

Guys i have the samo problem. My Fiat Ducatu 250 VP2 ECE NAV is frozen at Fiat logo and the last radio station is active. I can only volume up and dont and press mute.

When I try to update with USB stick I doesnt react. I tried to put my phone with a cable to see if something happens, but it doesnt react.

Does anyone know how can I boot the update?

Have you used a USB pen only with the files for update the firmware?

Yes I did. The stick is with FAT32 format. When I plug the stick in it doesnt "read" "boot".

Try with another USB pen. If don´t work maybe the problem is the radio and not the firmware of the radio

Thank You. Why a USB pen versus a thumb drive? Does it need a light also?

I have a Citroen Relay (2016). The AM and FM radio works fine but the DAB does not. I am let to believe I need to undertake a firmware update.

I have tried to find out the HW Variant ID by following previous instructions (by going into the Engineering Menu on the radio by holding down Radio + Media + Browse buttons) - however once I'm in the Engineering Menu it still doesn't show the HW Variant ID...

Please can someone confirm what link I will need to use to download the relevant firmware & (if possible!) a step-by-step process of how I go about installing it to my van's radio. LordMetro is this something you could help with?

Just worked for me!
I have a 2017 Alfa Romeo Mito that was fitted with a (non Nav) Uconnect Live. I obtained a 2014 Uconnect TomTom (non Live) and fitted it last week. Obviously I now have the Mileage Flashing which is a bore. But the replacement Nav would not plot a route. Everything fired up and it would show me on the map where I was but totally lock up when I asked for a route. After about 2 minutes the locked unit rebooted and still no route. I updated the maps with TomTom Home but still locking up.
So today I've done the Firmware from 11.815.xxxxx to 12.00.24.01 and it's fixed.
Slightly worrying about time. It said it would do it in 30 minutes but it took 51 minutes. Then when it asked me to remove the USB it went off for about 3 minutes. Eventually it came back to the DAB radio but with a message saying "Station not Available". After some time I decided nothing was going to happen until I searched for a station and this brought it back to life.
