And to be fair to Chris, he lives in London so it's also the second most expensive city in the world after Tokyo £11.5K is not a big wage at all, especially when you consider the national average is something like £22K.
But, where there's a will there's a way. Maybe forgoing that holiday will allow the Turbo to stay, a worthwhile sacrifice methinks. When I was younger I used to do that all the time if I wanted a nice car/ motorbike. I gave up one holiday to have a Kawasaki GPz550
I guess it all depends how much Chris wants the turbo really. Put it this way - turbos are getting old and difficult to find in nice condition. A holiday destination will always be there. The holiday can wait methinks
