xbox 360 not playing sound properly with dvd's

Hey, not sure where else to put this so thought here would be best
Cant find any help online but when im playing a dvd on my xbox 360 4gb I get the picture fine but theres just a buzzing noise instead of the audio.
Would this be a problem with my tv, xbox or HDMI cable?
Gonna try a different cable see if that helps but apart from that I dont know what to do

Never mind, turns out that my tv's HDMI port is buggered, so now I need a new tv..

Cant plug both hdmi and that in at the same time so gone old school and plugged the scart in and seems to be working properly now! Just in bad quality

I'd try another HDMI cable to could be knackered.

I tried 2 overall, both make the screen flash and go funny when you wiggle it at the TV end

Yeah, crappy technika 22 inch one. Getting a new one on friday though

If your going to get rid of the old one I am sure someone would fix the HDMI port lol.

Im gonna keep it as a spare and probably fix it up myself
