WTF Full nudity on daytime TV

I just caught the end of a program on Channel 4 called "Life Class: Today's Nude"

It was on from 12:30pm until 1:05pm (i.e. lunch time)

And it was just a shot of a FULLY naked woman, as in full frontal nudity. Yes I understand that its art and not erotic in anyway but surely Full frontal nudity cannot be broadcast on Day time TV? Aren't there laws about these things?

Can't this forum is family friendly, which is my point. Can't post nudity here as minors might see it but channel four can broadcast it at lunch time when kids are home from school?

And if you want proof, look at the program listing for the time and watch it on 4OD

But that is later on at night. Fair enough its only 8pm but atleast it is later on in the day.

It was written in Channel 4's contract when they first applied to broadcast that they must provide innovative/ different TV to the public. So basically the opposite to the BBC

Makes you wonder why they bother with Big Brother

But yeah their shows are a lot more interesting than the majority of the BBC's.
