General Won't Even Start Now

Well after the clutch fiasco the car is still at my mums, went over last night and tried to start it and it won't turn over at all, just makes a whirring noise???

What have i done?

Time to get it to a garage.. The clutch could be breaking up and interfering with the fly wheel. hence not allowing it to turn. Will the car free wheel, out of gear will it push? Could be that the starter fault is entirely unrelated...

could be a starter motor fault (gear spinning but not engaging)
could be the clutch preventing flywheel from turning (permanently engaged to a gear, usually cant push car in neutral when this happens)
