You've never stalled? Not even as a learner, wow you should get a refund , stalling as a learner is half the fun. It's always great to stall onto a roundabout and then faff about trying to get it going again when you're a little newbie driver.

It's a lot easier reversing out of my drive than reversing in though

I stalled my GP diesel the other day (tbf before it service and had a massive flat spot). Made a massive crash I thought the gearbox had fell out lol.
