General Wiper stalk

Hi all, got a wiper problem on my 04 1.9. All this happened at the same time. Intermittent stopped working, wipers don't park when you turn them off and washer works but the wipers don't come on automatically when you use them.

Wondering if it's the stalk or the wiper motor. Any help appreciated.

I bought a 1.9 jtd ( car) a while ago.. and a newly fitted motor sorted the parking and intermittent

So well worth a shot..

Or.. just strip it out and check the
Contactor ring in the motor
