Windscreen wipers

Hi People

Today when the rain pissed down I noticed my windscreen wipers acting funny!!
Intermittent has stopped working so I can noly have constant.
Also if I turn it off at any time the wipers just stop... They do not go back to the bottom of the screen.
Is this something I can fix myself?? Poss how much??

This has been posted numerous times. Just a white bit of plastic with a pcb on. fits on the motor. If i remember ,about £25

Its a relay that is under the plastic cowers in front of the wind screen. The box is attached to the wiper motpr and runs the programs for the wipers
