I rekcon you could leave the wipers in place if you need to just lift the front edge, I needed it fully out of the way.

Wi do this as soon as my partners home, I have no clue. Will all this be ok and won't cause the black part to rattle when put back together as mentioned above?

If not I'm tempted to no more nails it into place but not sure how this'll work
