Technical wierd ignition/fuel cut

hi everybody

matey of mine has this uno 1.4ie but it will only run when its cold ??
when it hit workingtemp it just shut of the ignition+fuelpump ??

anybody tried that ?? i need help , tried a different ignitioncoil+the bottom of the ignitionlock but it wasnt that ???? :bang:

is it a tempprobe or the lambdaunit? :bang:
or maybe the enginemanagementbox (or ECU or whatever u want to call it)

I had a similar problem with my uno (1100) and it was the ignition module. You can try to change it, it's simple.
I dont know how the 1.4 distributor placement is but take a look at the picture of mine.

The 1.4 has either a Digiplex 2 or a Microplex electronic ignition, and is more advanced than the breakerless distributor / ignition on the FIRE engines. I have little experience with this engine, but on the Ritmo Abarth we once had to change the Digiplex - damaged by heat. Engine died when hot and in the end it just didn´t ignite...
