looks like it might need a new near side wing + paint so that's your £200 gone first off wouldn't buy without doing a full vehicle check

There are a couple of very cheap mk2bs knocking around eBay aswell

i wouldnt touch it till he's got papers and MOT on it first

Did wonder about the wing as well - needs bumper trims too, depending if its non fog it'd be cheaper

But i'd be treading carefully thats for sure

Looks like is just an active so no fog lights, could do with a new head light as well, with that sort of car in that state you have to consider if you would be happy selling it on to someone who might depend on it
