Who has the most modded/powerful Bravo?

Who has the most modded/powerful Bravo?

For the modding it really depends on someones opinion. And for the power it will probably be a few guys with that 20vt engine :)
 
wasnt it ribbz with the most powerfull running over 300 ponnies if i remember rightly

mine was a brava not a bravo . . . lol


but was an 2ltr 8v turbo lancia engine, which was 185bhp standard.

mine has a evo cars chip on it which they claim makes it 230bhp and 265lbs torque on a standard lancia with induction kit, better fuel pump and exhaust which mine had,

mine also had an high lift inlet cam and some porting and polishing and the turbo from 16v turbo lancia which someone told me was bigger but not sure about that?

i always said it was 230bhp if people ask, but more importantly loads of torque, it used to rip around i know that! :) any more and grip woudl of been massive problem.

aswell as that had usual full carzone kit, bonnet vent, tints, 17's big wilwood brake kit, 2 15" MTX subs that shook the salt n pepper inthe chip shop when i drove by and made one pub chef come out his kitchen into the street cos he thought there was going to be an earth quake cos the vibrations felt like the pre-tremors to him!
 
I think more importantly we should be looking at who has the most powerful/modded in each engine category on here?

Nico has to be winner on the 2.0 20V front...

I'm claiming king of the 1.8 16V's ;)

Any takers?
 
Can I just add we are talking non-turbo's here :) Apart from the Diesel categories obviously.

As for most modded.. still win that with the JTD's... Where ya wanna start with different Mods ;) lol :)

I think i beat Tommy K tomorrow on the JTD front, as i'm having a new clutch fitted today to stop the damn clutch slip. ;)

Can't wait to get her back.

so power isn't real or doesn't count if it comes from nitrous, and now it isn't real if it is assisted by a turbo?

perhaps cars with internal combustion engines aren't allowed either?

WTF? power is power, however its derived! Next it'll be cams, and induction kits, and porting, and polishing, and superships that are disallowed.
So.... how about we have a thread for the standard car with the most power. In which case, only standard HGT's are allowed to claim big power???? even though any 20ct is gonna beat it hands down.

what a stupid conversation this has become. it really is...

my car is well fast because it has 3 fiatboo stickers, a max power "introduction-kit" and bonnet leds...fo sho... ;)

I think the point Dannys trying to make Buzz, is that a bravo with a 20VT engine transplant
isn't really a bravo. Its half a bravo and half a coupe.

I'm not into speed or racing, I just like to see a car realise its potential without all the limitations the factory puts on it for the wider public. I could never justify relpacing an engine for more power, if there was nothing wrong with the original. Having said all that, Rib has my deep admiration for all the work he has done to his. His is indeed a machine to envy and priceless if you ask me.
 
Well put Nico... and yes Ribz car is just amazing!!

Joske.... i never had, or infact having any clutch slip with mines.. and it's now down over 70k on the original clutch!!

If i still have my baby @ donny south i might have to put the bed build back in.. as those back seats do weigh a fair amount.. saying that.. i still think my 105 will just pip yours from wot i've been told ;)

all of what is said aboce is true really, it just depends how you look at it.

most modded bravo/a must be ribzz as has kit/ice/leather/engine swap/modded engine/nitrous etc

tick's all the boxes

but if you want most poweerful bravo in terms of just tuning what is already there it must be a hgt?
