Does anyone know where I can buy a new coolant 13mm drain plug? The plastic one on my car is sheared (by previous owner), so will need a new one. Thanks.

This drain is not available as a separate spare part, but...
There is similar plug for older Mercedes/BMW, for example Google: https://www.google.com/search?q=febi+37595 (Mercedes coolant drain cock, red).
You must add some plumbing gasket/washer (rubber, plastic etc.) in case of o-ring not aligning, so the head of new plug will seal.
You cut the "FEBI" like that (picture below) and it fits the Grande. By the way, thread is unusually coarse pitch M12x2,5. That is (was) the main problem.

Bleeder (on the top of the radiator) is easier to replace, because standard thread (M10x1), there is plenty of products like that (plugs, drains, bolts).
To undo those, you should use hex tools, not 12-point (they "grind" the plastic). Don't over-torque while installing. Use some lube (silicone+teflon grease).
