My custom made adjustable carbon banksticks from Definat MPS arrived this morning, just in time for a carping trip to France on Friday - that made me smile as i'd been waiting 6 weeks.

We can manage just about on Hs wage and small savings for a few months. We were discussing it last night, companies are taking the **** becuase of the credit crunch and i have noticed that the wages are very low compared to what they have been. So do we start panicking now and I just get whats going?

We are just trying to work out is it worth taking anything or hold out for something a bit better. Its difficult but employers have you by the balls in every way

I will see when I go for the interview. But I am not happy being on a wage that I was on 6 years ago
