Technically both yesterday, but haven't been home until now, to post.
I've had a temp job for 5 weeks now, and a couple a weeks ago the production manager came asking me a few questions in regards of my future, and sort of hinting at some interest in hiring me. Monday this week we spoke again, and he said that we would have a talk soon about a permanent position, he just had to talk with the temp agency how it should be handled. Which then leads to today. 2 hours before the day was ending he came out in the workshop to tell me that he'd been in touch with the agency and that they were willing to let me go in 2 weeks, and that next week he'd make up a draft for me to go over. So basically things just need to click into place, and I'll finally have a permanent position after finishing my education back in August last year.
Oh yeah, and then I finally went to watch Fast & Furious 7 tonight, at the only drive-in cinema we have. Well worth the long drive, great film and very honourable montage for Paul, at the end of it.
