As I was driving out of Wisbech I noticed the hgv in front had no brake lights on the trailer. I overtook on the dual carriageway, tucked in front and flashed my hazard lights a few times. About a quarter of a mile before a layby I flashed my hazard lights again and signaled early. The truck followed me into the layby, I grabbed a can of wd40, told the driver his brake lights weren't working and went to the back. He unplugged the trailer, squirted the socket and the brake lights worked from that point.

We could do with more people like you on the road mate. Thank you.

You tend to fjnd alot of lorry drivers dont check there lights :-(
Shame because ive seen some without side lights on dark dark roads till he braked he suddenly appears
