It's wiped out our partition fence with the neighbour and he can't decide who's going to fix it...


apparently the fence posts are in our soil however they look perfectly in the middle to me...


I fixed it last time 2 years ago I'm dammed If I'm doing it again.

The law sucks when it comes to fencing. I have a fence to right, which my parking space is behind, a wall to the rear with a road behind it, and then the fence to the left joined with my neighbour. She has walls to the left and bottom as the road circles us almost.

In the eyes of the law I am responsible not only for my right side fence, but also the shared one to my left, despite her not having any fencing to maintain at all! And to top it off she didn't contribute a penny to have the shoddy-little-row-of-posts builders think is acceptable as a fence boundary replaced.

Got the sack from my new job before the end of the 3 month trial because I was doing the work too quickly resulting in me having no work left to do. On top of that he couldn't afford to keep me on despite me being 'harder working than everyone there'.

Why advertise for a full time employee if you can't afford to pay them?

That's rough mate especially at this time of year, there a chap at my place who just been sacked after 10 years for a silly reason that he can't get out of
