Issues with housemates and moving out Continue.
Just got off the phone with the landlord and i've found out that the housemates have been telling the landlord a load of rubbish. - She isn't happy. Neither am I.
Housemate had refused to make or sign a written agreement with me yesterday saying we don't need to etc etc. Landlord is wanting this written agreement today. Im an hours drive away and cant do anything at the moment.
Loads of aggro from everyone.
My mpg is rubbish. 1/2 showing now - 130 miles.
should be around 240 miles at mid point..
The clutch is almost 100% gone. Input bearing on gearbox has gone...

took my passenger seat out to strip the OCS mat out and pulled the seat airbag wiring out... some IDIOT twisted the wires together and wrapped in insulation tape... now i dont know what colour goes where. how expensive is a damn soldering iron!?

But.. but thats not going to put money in there pockets.. how are they going to survive on monthly paychecks containing more money that i will ever make in a year?!!
i really think there should be a maximum amount of money one can earn a month (a cap), anything earned over should go to help fund emergency and public services.
saying that, if they could just sort the job side out i would be happy lol
