1. Car is off the road due to bust injector :'( - can't afford to fix it yet

2. Humiliation in the station - I haven't been on an Arriva bus in years, and when I got on I automatically got out my Oyster card, he looked at me funny and then I realised I didn't even have any cash on me!

Flange is the only word appropriate for these situations.

And to Helz (as I still haven't mastered multiquoting) it's going to cost me 250 quid to get the injector fitted, so i'd prefer to get a good one otherwise it'll cost me 600
