got a email from the CBT training center, good news it is only £110 for the whole day.. but i cant book till end of Feb or begining of March...

:tosser: Tbf if your overruled get them to serve the customer so if it comes back they get it in the neck not you.
Thats what I done. TBH they were likly to get the booze and vehicle they were in confiscated. 7 people in a 106, rear wheels must have been rubbing the arches! and most were probably under age, but could only ID the two that came in. One with ID, one without.

technically you have to serve whoever wants the drink, as long as they have id, right? just because their mate didnt have any shouldnt have affected anything

Not if you suspect that it's also to be consumed by minors, which somehow I think it was as the car was full of them

they dont have to serve anyone.most large retailers now ask for ID for all those at the till if they suspect underage buyers/drinkers
