He's actually a friend of a guy I work withs brother who was on holiday. Made it into the local papers and all sorts. Not a particularly clever thing to do, funny never the less and no harm done.

price of heating oil makes me grumpy
£340 boilerjuice was £341.36 so they beat it by a bit, got a few other quotes but they was 10-20 quid more
got 4 bedroom house, but its small cottage, living room kitchen and bedrooms are all quite small, 4th bedroom is a single story extension on the back of the house with a flat roof.

Fell over at work 2 weeks ago, landed on my hands and knees on marble tiles (they were wet) and still in pain knees are still swollen so I'm walking like a chimp at the minute

You will be talking to a specialist accident solicitor, won't you; and documenting all your medical treatment...? Sounds like your employer could be liable for your injuries... -- especially if there were no warnings/nothing had been done... about the floor being damp....

I work at a solicitors so I've spoken to someone in the pi department, there were no signs and someone else has fallen over since me, I reported it to my manager (who is also health & safety) manager and nothing has been done!
Time to go and see someone outside of the firm, then, methinks; or talk to your union....

Call your legal services team on your home insurance Kirsty if you've got it as an option, should cover none motor related PI claims (depending upon who you are with)
