They are nice. Not much fiatesque about them though. Have a very much Vauxhaul feel to them.

Hack saw a nut in half (thinner) and weld it to the end of the sheared bolt. The heat will free the treads and the hex gives something to spanner it with.

I saw a lorry driver once park his truck right in the way of a speed cam van. Nothing they could do
They are supposed to be marked just as the fixed cams have yellow stickers, but they can park where they like. Derbyshire repainted one of their's in blue and caused quite a fuss at the time. They had to put stickers on it as they were otherwise risking court cases for entrapment. They backed off but maybe its a grey area of law.
The only solution is a jammer but get caught and its obstruction.

Edit: If the No plate was hung from the top wind pressure would hold it up so only the back would be showing. Stop the car to discuss the "issue" and its back to normal.

basically said we neeed to go to the pub to discuss things.
all it was, was the fact he couldnt get in house he is in nnow(i knew) and hes gone with another mate.
