The police are looking for him as he punched and cracked the windows of two other cars as well, he lives 3 doors up but hasn't been back as yet.
Luckily I'm fully comp and it will only cost £70 to replace all the windows and wont affect my NCB, the windscreen bloke came out today and cling filmed him, and will be back on Tuesday to replace everything, but thank you anyway.

Don't be silly. They'll do the paperwork and leave it like that. If charges are made the CPS will either 'loose the paperwork' or dismiss it through lack of evidence. Short of murdering someone it's very hard to get a proper sentence nowadays due to lack of prisons.
Only way to get justice is to get someone to smash his face in in a back alley somewhere tbh.
I'd happily do that! I'm thinking of sticking 2 or 3 in front of the £70 on the receipt and demanding today, that they give me the money to pay for it.
