Spoke to the garage that have my van and they said they finally have it out of storage and in the yard so I can collect it this week, I was on top of the world, until they then told me the headlights have been stolen whilst it was in their yard :bang:

Took my phone to Car Phone Warehouse...going to take up to 28 days, they've given me a crappy phone to use, doesn't have the bloody internet! So paying to use it, but cant! Going to speak to step dad to see if he can get one from work for me to use.

Take decent pictures, with something in shot to show scale. Keep all invoices etc and put in a formal complaint to council. If unsuccessful it maybe worth taking it to small claims court.

in deeplish. full of pot holes and speed bumps. not sure what the road itself called but i know how to get to it. and i drove a few 100mtrs away before i realised the car was pulling as it was flat. as i was driving slow due to the bumps.

Yes of course you can! You've incurred damage to your vehicle and thus have out of pocket expenses due to lack of maintenance on the road they are responsible for. That's assuming the road in question is a council owned road.

It all depends on if it's been reported and how long it's been reported if they payout willingly or if you have to take them to court.

HMV not holding up there end of a deal - paided in advance for GT5 with the promise of getting 2 codes for extra features in the game if i buy though them. - games out, but they not sending the codes

Secondly - people who cant park and ****off when they hit your car gonna **** this **** when i catch em

BT phone cable that spans the street has broken and is now hanging down dangersouly low (a high transit could catch it) and the other end is accross my front door with exposed cables - just reported it to BT they said as my landline is working they'll take up to three days to respond!! I appreciate up to 3 days may be in the next 10 minutes but WTF!!!!!!!!!!!

if its that low then its a danger to traffic and as such pedestrians
i would contact the police and they might be able to expedite repairs

Reported it to the police and within 30 mins theres a knock at my door to say its been completely removed as its an old private link for piper alarms

Turns out after changing the coil pack on my car I more than likely didnt need to as its an injector thats faulty.:bang:

no it stings bad, washed it out an though best dont look into the hole when spraying them again, then did it again on the third one :bang: it stung all the skin on my face that time too don't remember that ever happening before if there is no posts from me tomorrow you know ive gone blind

The young chap over the road had to go into hospital for a minor surgical procedure this afternoon, so Mrs. Beard volunteered to take him down there and then pick him up afterwards.

"Why don't you come as well?" She said to me, "Then we can get some lunch." Seemed like a good idea to me.

We dropped the neighbour off at hospital and ended up at the Trafford Centre. Mrs. Beard said she was just looking for a skirt. She knew exactly what she wanted so it wouldn't take long. It should have clicked really, that if she knew just what she wanted, then almost everything in the shops wasn't what she wanted.

Debenhams, Selfridges, Quote and about nine other shops. Eventually we found New Look and (almost) exactly what she wanted. Thank God for that. Unfortunately, we happened to stop in at Marks & Spencer and.....guess what, yes she found a skirt that was even more "exactly what she wanted".

As we tried to make our way back to the M60 in standing traffic, it occurred to me that I'd rather have swapped places with Alan our neighbour and let him go shopping with the wife and I'd have had the surgical procedure.

But then again, he was having a circumcision, so maybe not...............
