General What keys should there be....

I currently have on loann from a garage a 1.6 SX 100 Marea 2000/2001 X Reg....

I do like the car.

What keys should there be? Does it have remote central locking??

The key I have is Blue and I have to stick it in the lock and turn to unlock... I hope that this is just a spare basic key the garage have given me and that if I choose to buy it then it will have remote keys

As its an sx no remote locking unless it was an added extra, it should come with 2 blue keys and 1 master red key.

Thanks for that! Ah well its a blue key that I have so that means it wasn't added. Bit of a pain that, I think every car I have ever owned past 10 years has remote centrl locking....feels a backwards step

It can be added, fit did a straight fit kit which installed in 30 sec. A meta remote kit, but they are super hard to find, you might get one from fiat new. Alternatively an aftermarket alarm etc should do all that for you.

Yes Meta M20 will be all you need for the central locking but you will have some difficulty finding one i think

on ebay they went for less than half that price, but i havent seen one on ebay for a while now.
