Is there such a thing as a Fiat mechanics technical manual?

I ask since my 99 Marea has two 3 pin connectors, I can (Intermittently) connect to the ABS ECU on one of them, but the engine and ABS seem unreachable on either. I'd just like to know what they are supposed to do..

There's also a larger yellow connector, (maybe four pins from memory) but I'm ignoring that for now. (But again, some technical info might be useful).

Yes, you can find it easily on emule or torrent.
I got English and Italian version.
