Technical What is this noise??

Hi there I have fiat panda 2012)13, in the last month I've noticed a little odd noise, as I start the car from cold. I've done a very short video of it. It only last a sec or two. If the car has been running etc I turn it off maybe few hours later start up it's fine!? I will take to mechanic. Iam hope someone might be able to advise me what it could be. Before I go to the garage.
Please note I had some work done on car in feb and in May. In May it was ecu that had to be refurbished. The battery and sparks were done also at start of the year.

Sounds to me like the starter motor is coming towards the end of its life, will get a lot worse before it fails though. See what others say

Hi there, thanks for message, I’ve had car since 2019 feb, bought with low miles I’m the 2nd owner. The milleage is around 58,200 miles. It’s had the battery replaced sparks and ecu, few other bits like back shocks n coils. The noise last literally sec only when first really cold start. Then it’s fine on second start, I tried it earlier one hour apart.

Hmm… it could be that or low oil. Coolant? As it only has sound literally for sec, from first start when really cold. I noticed the other day I put some washer fluid in but it didn’t make the noise. Thanks for message and hope it’s low fluid not motor. Had too much money spent on it this year!

If it was low oil the chances are the car would pick up on this and you’d be getting a red low oil pressure warning. Low oil is normally a rattle as well in my experience

Sounds like a bit of a squeak off the fan belt to me, nothing to care about.

Thanks Antony, I've taken it to garage for a service. I had look at it but only a glance. Hoping it don't need work done cross fingers
