Hi

My rear silencer has needed replacing since I bought the car almost a year ago and it has finally gone as well as the front pipe.
The system is all the same age so I want to replace the lot.

I can buy a full standard system for about £150 to fit myself.
Probably cheaper as my dad will get me a cost pls vat price from the garage he works at,,,I'll see what e comes up with tomorrow. (y)

(got a price from kwik fit out of curiosity and they wanted £230 to supply and fit just the silencer and front pipe!!! )

I plan for the car to last another 5 or 6 years at least, I love it and will only part with it when it is no longer worth running,,,I doubt i will swap it just coz I fancy something new,,,unless a cheap JTD Stilo wagon appears infront of me. :worship:

Can anybody suggest a place to supply a full stainless system for this car?
I'm not bothered about boy racer tailpipes and making it sound like a TVR, but a decent system that would last forever and give a few extra BHP would be nice. :slayer: What should I expect to pay?

If the suggestions are for palces to supply and fit, please make them near Darlington / Stockton area. If supply only then can be anywhere. I've fitted new exhausts to a few cars (my F reg panda being one) but is fitting a stainless system any different,,,anything I should be aware of??

Thanks in advance.

they're your local powerflow supplier, and can do a while you wait custom stainless exhaust to your own spec. not the cheapest on earth, but very good, plus i know of several people who've been to the darlo tyre spot and never heard a bad thing yet.

expect to pay £300 for a full system.
